NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.   In addition, Pepper Sprays can not be shipped to New York, or Massachusetts.  We can only ship approved sprays to Michigan.  Click Here for Michigan Approved Pepper Sprays.
• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND. Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
• Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Hawaii, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Wisconsin,or the citys of Philadelphia PA, Annapolis MD, Baltimore MD, and Washington D.C.  Please review Stun Gun Restrictions for additional information.

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours via UPS Ground.  Shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more and you are within the continental United States.  Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, at your cost, as Ground service is unavailable to these areas. Selecting Ground service to these locations will result in a delay of your order.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order.  The cost to upgrade shipping will be displayed at checkout, as it will vary depending on delivery location and weight.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.  We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted.

Orders received by 12 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

For money order, check, or PayPal orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable).

POLICY FOR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

UPS will make every attempt to delivery your package to you.  In some cases, at the discretion of UPS, the package will be left in a secure place on your porch or steps when no one is available to take delivery.  If UPS determines that a package cannot be securely left at the door (such as in public places or apartment complexes) UPS will require a signature before leaving the package.  Generally, a delivery slip will be left on the door when a delivery attempt failed.  You can chose to allow UPS to deliver on the next business day, call them for a rescheduled delivery time or location, or leave a note with your signature allowing the driver to leave the package at your door.  UPS will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.

If your package is returned to Self Protection Products because you were unavailable for delivery, you will be charged an addition delivery fee to have the product reshipped.  This will be the case even if your initial product was shipped free.  You will be contacted by e-mail that your package was returned to us and advised as to the amount of the redelivery fee.  It will be your responsibility to contact us via e-mail with instructions for redelivery and billing.
