Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1 business day after the funds have cleared through PayPal. Shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more within the United States.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail, you may do so during the PayPal Checkout Process, however, it will be at your cost, a charge of $19.65 will be added to your order. If your order is over $50.00, we will deduct the standard free shipping and only add an additional $13.15 to your final order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day. If you selected Express Mail at Checkout, a tracking number will also be provided.
We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted here.
Orders received by 12 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

Return / Cancellation Policy
The UV Light Store wants you to have the best on-line shopping experience possible. We feel that most customers want, above all else, to be appreciated and treated with respect. Therefore, we promise to provide superior customer service and to do everything we can to insure your complete satisfaction with our company, employees, and products. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you ever experience disrespect or unprofessionalism from any of our employees, I want you to contact me personally at info@uv-light-store.com and I will make it right for you. We must however set some parameters for doing business with the public, so please read and understand our return and cancellation policies stated below. Return Policy - We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so. We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
If you need to return an order, please read the following:
- Contact us by e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label. If it is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file here at the UV Light Store. Returns accepted and/or received after 30 days will receive an exchange or in store credit only.
- Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment. The UV Light Store will refund the entire amount for your order including shipping and tax (if billed) in the manner in which you paid. That is If you paid via your PayPal account, your refund will be credited to PayPal. The UV Light Store will confirm that the amount was credited to your payment method via an e-mail confirmation once the credit has been applied.
- Exchanges - We will happily exchange any of our products that you purchase for any reason. However, if you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong size, wrong color, wrong type, etc., or because you are not satisfied with the product, you will be charged the standard shipping cost for First Class Mail to have the exchanged product shipped back to you (if you wish to have upgraded shipping, we can do so, however, you will be charged for that upgraded shipping cost.) If a product is being exchanged due to a manufacturers defect, we will exchange that product for you and you will NOT be charged for shipping it back to you.
- IMPORTANT - Product(s) must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund or in store credit. If you lost something that goes with your order, you can not return it.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to The UV Light Store. If you want to return it, you must pay for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Standard First Class Mail only. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. This makes it fair to all concerned.
- The UV Light Store currently offers free First Class Mail on all orders over $50.00. If we gave you free shipping, this does not mean that the shipping was free. This just means that we did not charge you anything for the shipping. The cost of shipping your order to you, whether you paid for shipping or not, will be deducted from any refund given. For example, if your order was $45.95 plus $6.50 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item which is $45.95. However, if your order was $79.95, and qualified for free shipping, and you return your order for a refund, your refund amount will be $73.45. ($79.95 minus $6.50 shipping on most orders).
- Please send your return via USPS priority Mail and include a Delivery Confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return gets to The UV Light Store.
